Hi, I’m Megan — the heart behind Megan Johanna Photography. I’m a mom, photographer, and full-time client service professional with a love for creating meaningful experiences for the people I serve.

My background in the financial world has taught me the importance of trust, communication, attention to detail, and building lasting relationships — qualities I carry into every session. Behind the camera, my heart is in capturing warm, honest, and timeless moments that tell your story just as it feels.

The little moments are never really little — they are the pieces of your story you’ll want to hold onto forever.

My motherhood story is such a big part of who I am. Becoming a mom changed the way I see the world, the way I love, and the way I capture moments. It taught me how quickly time moves — how the little things, like tiny hands, bedtime snuggles, silly smiles, and everyday chaos, become the memories we want to hold onto forever.

Being Caroline’s mom is one of my greatest joys, and it is the reason I care so deeply about preserving real, meaningful moments for other families. Motherhood is not always perfect or polished, but it is beautiful, emotional, and worth remembering exactly as it is.
